-Free MOOC: courses with free access and no fees with a certificate of completion, often in short format and covering the subject in the essentials.
-Professional certificate: a course program lasting several weeks (or several dozen hours) where teaching focuses on the development of professional skills.
-Microcredential (Micro-credit): these are specialized certifications, often flexible and focused on specific skills and subjects.
Their completion gives rise to university credits offered by the establishment in order to be able to pursue diploma courses according to the policy of the school and the country's Ministry of Education.
-Diploma: these are longer and broader programs that span several months or several years, the program covers many subjects on the theme of the program.
This particularly concerns academic courses (degree) and professional courses (diploma/RNCP title).

E-newcademy is only a platform, and the possibility of payment in installments varies according to the policies of the partner schools. We do our utmost to promote payment facilities so that online courses are accessible to everyone according to their needs.
Absolutely. At E-newcademy, we place the utmost importance on the security of your financial transactions. We exclusively use secure and traceable payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe to protect your banking information. In addition, we have implemented an innovative "trade assurance" process to guarantee the security of your funds. In this context, the money you pay for a course is only transferred to the educational institution and E-newcademy after the guarantees have expired. This system protects you against any potential fraud and ensures that you receive the service you paid for. Each transaction is carefully monitored and verified, giving you complete peace of mind when shopping on our platform.
There are two types of courses on our platform: affiliate courses and courses offered directly by our partners registered on E-newcademy.
- For purchases made from affiliated establishments, E-newcademy does not provide refunds. You must contact the institution where you purchased the course directly, as the refund policy depends on each institution.
- For purchases made from our partners on E-newcademy, you can request a refund by sending an email to support with the invoice attached, or by making the request directly on the platform. The refund policy is as follows:To qualify for a refund, there are conditions:
- You must not have completed more than 50% of the course.
- Short courses (professional certificates, microcredentials, etc.): 14-day money-back guarantee (except for courses lasting less than 14 days).
- Long courses (diplomas): 30-day money-back guarantee.
Beyond the guarantee period, no refund will be made by E-newcademy.

E-newcademy will not be held responsible for claims beyond the guarantee period, except in exceptional cases.
- Courses created by E-newcademy (or created in partnership with E-newcademy): you can access your course with your account via the LMS assigned to E-newcademy.
This is the case, for example, with E-newcademy's Free moocs, whose content has been created by E-newcademy with the rights of third parties, or by E-newcademy's own resources. - Our partners' programs and courses: These programs have been created entirely by our partners in their own systems, and their courses are not included in our network.
When you purchase a course from a partner via E-newcademy, E-newcademy and the school must make every effort to give you all the elements and correlative access to the courses as soon as possible. - Affiliate programs: We have affiliate links with certain sites, and E-newcademy is solely responsible for promoting their content on its platform.
E-newcademy is not empowered to deal with issues related to refunds or affiliate course access.
Thus, access must be provided directly by the site and/or by the school itself.

The time limits to complete a course depend on the program itself and what is offered by the person offering the course.
While there are courses without time limits, such as E-newcademy's Free MOOCS, there are also courses with time limits.
However, deadlines can be flexible in order to give learners maximum time to complete a program, which is the case for some certificates or diploma programs.
In any case, at E-newcademy we work on flexibility by offering courses with flexible time limits and payment facilities to allow learners to succeed with peace of mind.

- Recognition, certification and accreditation: establishments offering degree courses must at least provide state-recognized training.
- Quality and reliability: partners must offer courses that are ethical, transparent and respectful of learners.
Learners must have real access to courses that enhance their academic and professional backgrounds, thus giving the partner and the platform a good reputation.
Several communication channels are available to interact with instructors or other students:
- Forum: there's a forum run by E-newcademy where you can ask questions and get answers from other students, instructors or moderators.
There may also be forums at our partners' schools, so don't hesitate to ask.
- Bot and AI E-newcademy: you can interact with trained and operational bots who can answer your questions, advise and support you.
An E-newcademy bot tutor is available 24/7, so you can get answers and help quickly, with no time constraints.
- School instructor and tutor: schools may have tutors and instructors available to support you.
- E-newcademy tutoring and mentoring (in French and English only): if you're enrolled on a long course (diploma), you also have access to 3 months of tutoring and mentoring for your start with E-newcademy.
This will be guaranteed by an expert in online courses: you can send an email and schedule a 15-minute videoconference on teams or zoom.
Our expertise will enable us to help you in greater depth on the various subjects linked to online courses (organization, motivation, coaching, etc.).
- For courses created by E-newcademy (or created in partnership with E-newcademy): you will receive your certificate directly electronically on your account.
The LMS used by E-newcademy allows you to provide your certificate of completion once you have completed a course
- For courses from E-newcademy partners and affiliates: the way you will receive your certificate or diploma will depend on the institution itself.
From experience: I first received an electronic version of my diploma and then a paper version, while for certificates I only obtained them electronically.
The courses created by E-newcademy are available in French and English.
Our partners and affiliates very often offer programs in English or French.
At present, we only offer courses in these languages, but we may open the way to other languages in the future.
On the side of the courses created by E-newcademy, our Free MOOCS can also be accessible to people who are hard of hearing or deaf thanks to subtitles available in French and English.
On the side of the courses offered by third parties, all will depend on their own systems.
E-newcademy is thinking about how we can further include people with disabilities in online courses in order to offer everyone the opportunity to succeed.
At this time, we do not have a partnership or system to offer financial aid for online courses.
We are thinking and working on the possibility and the way we can include financial aid to enable low-income learners to be able to study online.

We have adapted the website in English to also address non-French speaking learners.
However, the system may include elements only in French by default, we do everything possible to ensure that the website is best adapted to everyone's preferred languages.
