Deleting user data from E-newcademy

1. Introduction

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), E-newcademy users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data. This page explains the procedure for exercising this right and the conditions under which we process such requests.

2. Users’ rights

As an E-newcademy user, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request modification or rectification of your data.
  • Request the deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).

3. Data deletion procedure

a. Request for deletion

If you would like your personal data to be deleted from our system, you can submit a request by contacting us via the following methods:

b. Information to include in your request

In order to process your deletion request as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your e-mail address associated with your E-newcademy account
  • Any other relevant information to identify your account (for example, your user ID)
  • Confirmation that you wish your data to be completely deleted.

c. Processing time

Once we have received your request for deletion, we undertake to process it within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with current legislation.

4. Exceptions to deletion

In certain cases, we may need to retain some of your personal data for legal reasons, in particular:

  • To comply with legal or regulatory obligations (for example, the retention of accounting information).
  • To resolve disputes or enforce our General Terms of Use.
  • To protect our legal rights.

In such cases, we will inform you of the nature of the data we must retain and how long we must retain it.

5. Consequences of deleting data

The deletion of your personal data will result in

  • Complete deletion of your E-newcademy user account.
  • The impossibility of accessing your course history or any other service linked to your account.
  • The deletion of all information related to your transactions carried out via the platform, with the exception of data that we must retain for legal reasons.

6. Withdrawal of deletion request

If you change your mind after submitting a deletion request, you may contact us at the e-mail address mentioned above before the deletion procedure is completed.
