E-newcademy refund policy

1. Introduction

This refund policy applies to all purchases made on the E-newcademy platform. As a consumer, you are entitled to withdrawal rights in accordance with French law, as well as an additional guarantee for certain online programs.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

a. Conditions of application

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from an online course purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of confirmation of your order.

b. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an e-mail to the following address: commande@e-newcademy.com. You can use the model retraction form below, but this is not obligatory.

c. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to :

Online courses that have already been fully consumed (full access or download of documents), even if the 14-day period has not yet expired.
Course services that have begun before the end of the withdrawal period, with your express consent.
Services and courses purchased from affiliated partners.

d. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery charges (if any), within 14 days of receipt of your request. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee for online programs longer than 30 days

a. Conditions of application

For all online programs lasting more than 30 days, E-newcademy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the program start date.

b. Exercising the guarantee

To benefit from this guarantee, you must contact us via commande@e-newcademy.com and provide details of your request, including the reason for your dissatisfaction.

c. Specific conditions

The 30-day guarantee does not apply if :

The program has been fully consumed (courses viewed in their entirety, certifications issued).
You have accessed more than 50% of the program content before requesting a refund.

4. Refund process

Once your refund request has been validated, we will proceed with the refund via the same method of payment used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 working days after acceptance of your request.
